Who we are
Understand your options before you sign.
A solar proposal should help you understand the cost, the contract and the work involved. ITERUM helps you compare available options and ask the questions that matter for your property.
01Your bill
Start with what you use and pay today, including the utility charges a project may leave in place.
02Your options
Compare the upfront cost, total payments, provider requirements and responsibilities for the options available to you.
03Your next step
Share your property details and questions. Have a recent bill or existing proposal ready for the conversation.
04How we help
Know what you're agreeing to.
What we are
We help homeowners, businesses and developers review solar and storage options. That includes understanding the costs, comparing available proposals and identifying who would install and service the system. Your proposal should explain Iterum's role alongside each provider's responsibilities.
Why comparison matters
Two offers can show different monthly payments and still leave important costs unanswered. A useful comparison includes the full payment terms, remaining utility charges, estimated production and what happens if your plans change.
What we evaluate
We start with your utility bills, property and goals. For a home, that means looking at the roof, usage and backup needs. For a business or larger site, it also means reviewing demand charges, operating schedules and utility connection requirements.
How structures get compared
Buying, borrowing, leasing and paying for solar electricity involve different costs and responsibilities. We compare the options available for your project using consistent assumptions. Provider approval, how long you expect to keep the property and your budget all matter. Ask how Iterum and the providers are paid.
How accountability works
Before signing, know which company installs the system, who holds each warranty and who handles service. Confirm what support Iterum provides and how to reach the company responsible if something goes wrong. These responsibilities belong in the written agreements.
Where to start
Tell us your location, the type of property and what you want to change about your energy costs or reliability. We can then review provider availability and the information needed for a comparison. If you already have a proposal or a declined financing application, mention it.

Our homeowner guides explain payment structures, offer comparisons and next steps after a financing denial. They draw on the sources linked in each guide. Your lender or provider makes the eligibility decision for an actual offer.

05Our principles
What you should expect from the comparison.
Customer first
Every recommendation starts with the customer's economics, not a product catalog.
Compare your choices
See available payment options side by side, with the same assumptions and the differences explained.
Know the people involved
Know which providers handle the work and what each is responsible for before you proceed.
Get it in writing
Review the work, costs and support terms before making your decision.
